ROOTS2REVITALIZE

This has NOT always been my story. Teaching and helping  busy adults who juggle a career and busy moms to stay balanced has taken a lot of inner work.

It took me years to figure out that living my life as a perfectionist, I was only putting myself in a place of stagnation and often times paralyzing my own self worth.

I am learning to eliminate excess expectations of myself, and there's NO such thing as failure, our mistakes can teach us a lesson or two.
